Two strangers in different stages of life, meet for the first time on a Brooklyn rooftop, they share some cigarettes but most importantly a few good advice.
This short film was produced as Rafael's thesis film during his One Year Conservatory in Filmmaking in New York. "Lighter and Cigarettes" was selected to several festivals including Hope Film Awards, Los Angeles Cine Fest and for the Short Film Corner 2018 in the Festival de Cannes.
